PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. Every Cuszoo item is made to order and personalised for you, so production begins as soon as your order and payment are confirmed.

Personalised details are handled individually; if you need to change or correct your personalisation, contact us as early as possible - changes are only possible before production starts.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TRANSIT TIME

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS & FedEx. International orders ship based on the fulfillment center holding your item.

  • Transit time to the U.S.: 5 - 20 business days
  • International transit time: 5 - 20 business days

Because items may ship from multiple fulfillment centers, parts of a single order can arrive separately.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may be caused by factors outside our control, such as natural disasters, holiday peaks and severe weather.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $70 (applies at checkout where available)

DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

TRACKING

We provide tracking for every order. Once your item ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. If you have not received your tracking email, contact us with your order number and we will locate it for you.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

LOST OR STALLED PACKAGES

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the carrier reports the package as lost or misdelivered, contact us at support@cuszoo.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the investigation confirms a problem, we will issue a replacement or refund where applicable.

CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours after being placed, provided production has not started. See our Refund Policy for details.
